20% of the rental costs is required upon reservation. The balance of payment is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.

If a reservation is booked less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date, full payment is required.

All payments are payable by cheque ONLY. If a rental is booked less than ten (10) days before the arrival date, the owner may require payment in cash only.

cancellation

If a notice of cancellation is received at least thirty (30) days before the arrival date, the 20% retainer fee will be kept by the lessor in damages and interest. The post-dated cheques representing the balance owing on the rental and the security deposit (breakage & damages protection) will be returned to the client.

If a notice of cancellation is received less than thirty (30) days before the arrival date, all monies received will be kept by the lessor in damages and interest, except the security deposit (breakage & damages protection) which will be returned to the client.

Arrival is schedule for 5h00 PM. Departure must be at 11h00 AM.

The key to this rental residence is in a small box located next to the main entrance, and outfitted with a combination system.

A few days prior to your arrival, the owner(s) or a representative(s) will contact you by email or telephone to provide you with a numeric code to access the small box.

Upon departure, please return the key to this box.

Should problems arise, please call the owner(s) or contact person(s) listed in your contract.
